We're sure you have a lot of questions - here are some answers to questions we hear often. Take a look and if you still have questions that we haven't answered for you here, send us a note or click the live chat link and we'll get you an answer.

No, all of our sites are custom built from the ground up to fit your unique business requirements. You'll never see another site like yours.
No, we can't recommend that. All sites are unique and have specific platforms on which they were created. Beginning with a new "clean slate" is often more cost effective and a more efficient site-building decision.
No. There are no charges after we create your site, unless you authorize us to make changes to your website. There is a recurring annual hosting fee. That's it.

A hosting server is where your website files reside so they can be accessed from global internet computers. The fee is based on the space utilized and features included in the hosting package. We use only PCI compliant hosting companies approved by Adobe Systems (the same people who created PDF Files).
On site Search Engine Optimization is an important aspect of good search result placement. We research keywords and include targeted words and phrases in your content and meta tags. During development we embed those words and phrases into the content and in the coding behind the scenes.

After your new site is launched we create a site map listing all your pages and submit it to the major search engines like Google. We also embed tracking codes in the pages to facilitate your marketing analyses and visitor website tracking reports through Google Analytics.
Your existing site will remain online as it is until the conversion is complete after you approve the final version of your new site.
Tell us about yourself. Will you want an e-commerce site or what is called a Look Book? The Look Book is an online portfolio of your collections. We also like to have a conversation with you about what your site goals are, any functionality that's important to be displayed on your site. If you have an inspiration site or two to tell us about, that will help us to see what overall designs and/or functions are important to you.
Once we understand clearly what you want, we create a custom proposal based on your specific requirements. You review it, and tell us its fine as is, or you explain changes you want. Then we create a contract together with the final proposal.
You send a 50% deposit of the contract total to start the development. Payments can be made by check, wire transfer, Pay Pal or major credit cards. Once we receive that deposit the work begins.
Absolutely. We send you an internal private link to watch your site being developed. We strongly recommend that our clients check into that private link during the construction phase. If a color needs changing or an item moved, or any other design element it can be accomplished more efficiently during construction rather than afterward.
Every site is different, in complexity, design and content. But generally speaking, once we get everything we need from you--like info that you want us to create on your site's pages, inventory integration data where applicable, sampling of your inventory images for testing purposes, and all images you want displayed on your site (staff, jewelry, your store, etc.) then we can guess-timate a launch in 4 to 6 weeks.
Yes. Our sites are completely scalable. That means that if you want to enhance your site's functionality later on, or even delete a page of content, we can do that without disturbing the site. If you are on a budget, this gives you the opportunity to get started with a basic web site and enhance or upgrade in the future as finances and your business model dictate.
Yes. If you choose a Content Management System (CMS) you will be able to enter your site via an administration area to add inventory, descriptions, news, or delete content any time that is convenient for you 24/7.
We conduct a tutorial with you or your designated in-house administrator until all processes are completely understood. These tasks are intuitive and very easy to learn.
It's not expensive for us to do this for you. We will do maintenance for you on a per need basis or at regularly scheduled dates; completely dependent upon your needs. Marlene will explain the hourly charges according to your needs.
We work with several different platforms but our top choice is ColdFusion - click here to learn why;
